Local Contract Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room department. As a Local Contract RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, including respiratory therapy and medication administration
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and communicate with healthcare team
  • Perform advanced respiratory care modalities, including ventilator management
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in Illinois
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room or Respiratory Therapy
  • NICU experience and NPR certification required
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
