As a Technical Trades Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Assign Tasks and Monitor Performance: Assign employees to specific tasks and monitor their performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Ensure that preventive maintenance and repairs are completed on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Die Maintenance: Ensure that dies are properly maintained and repaired to ensure optimal production quality.
  • Production Support: Respond to production-related issues and provide support to ensure product output meets quality and quantity standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate daily with production counterparts to identify critical needs and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Lineup Management: Author and distribute concise lineups to other shifts to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Extended Hours: Be available to work extended hours when required to support production needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering or technical degree preferred, associate degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Experience in a technical supervision role required, metal stamping die knowledge including press feeder systems, knowledge of mechanical stamping press operation, mechanical aptitude, mathematical aptitude, computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics, strong analytical skills, excellent people and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

$80,000 - $95,000/year depending on experience.

Schedule

1st Shifts, Monday - Friday.
