NHC HealthCare is a leading provider of long-term care services, recognized nationwide for our commitment to quality and innovation. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in providing evidence-based treatment to inpatients requiring extended short and long-term rehabilitation services following medically complex, neurological, and/or orthopedic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
Requirements:
  • Must be flexible, a team player, and have a positive attitude.
  • Must have a Georgia OT license.
  • Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT.
  • Prior SNF experience is a plus.
