Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Agape Care Group, you will have the opportunity to evaluate patients and develop care plans that prioritize their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality care in a hospice and palliative setting.
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating patients and developing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice or palliative care
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
