Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items to order, maintaining high standards of quality, appearance, and portion size.
  • Effectively communicate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality dishes.
  • Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes, ensuring only those that meet our high standards are served to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent long periods of standing and walking are expected during the workday.
  • Ability to reach for objects and stoop or bend as needed to perform job duties.
  • Visual and auditory tasks, including the ability to see and hear adequately to perform job functions.
