Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cook/Grill Operator to join our team at Waffle House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing food to order, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing end-of-shift duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to order, adhering to Waffle House standards and quality control procedures.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, dining area, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Handle and store food properly, following Waffle House guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform end-of-shift duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
