We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. You'll work in an outpatient setting, planning and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques
  • Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports
  • Direct and supervise PT Assistants and/or Aides
