Job Summary:

Lafayette Pain Care is a rapidly growing, physician-owned pain management company dedicated to finding solutions to reduce or eliminate pain. We are seeking a Pain Management Specialist to join our team in Kokomo, Indiana, with possible travel to other locations 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and follow-up visits to develop and implement personalized pain management plans
  • Prescribe interventional pain methods, including diet, exercise, physical therapy, behavior modification, and prescription medications
  • Target patients requiring advanced interventional pain treatments, such as injections, pain pumps, or spinal cord stimulators
  • Collaborate with highly skilled physicians to provide comprehensive pain management care
  • Work towards reducing dependence on opioids through a full array of interventional pain procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a mid-level practitioner
  • Current Indiana license in good standing
  • Ability to work independently and see 25-30 patients per day
  • Experience using an EMR like PrognoCIS or similar
  • Live in or close proximity to Kokomo, Indiana
  • Active DEA license in good standing
