About the Role:
Snap-on is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our field-based sales team as a Tool Storage Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing tool storage product sales by working with franchisees and company stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a tool storage display van to showcase our products to customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees and company stores to increase sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to learn and follow a process
- Interest in developing and fostering ongoing relationships
- Retail or sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient organization skills with detailed planning and follow-up
- Ability to drive a 26,000 pound commercial vehicle
- Valid state driver's license with no major violations and no more than two minor violations in the three years prior to hire
