As a Catering Operations Manager, you will have the rewarding responsibility of overseeing our Catering Division, ensuring impeccable service and execution of events. Work closely with our talented team to design creative menus, guide staff, and manage event logistics efficiently.

• Oversee and manage all catering functions in the designated area.
• Coordinate event logistics, enhance quality, and ensure sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and General Manager to develop innovative menus.
• Train catering staff in service excellence and customer engagement.
• Monitor labor and food expenditures for each event.
• Establish and nurture client relationships.
• Support overall foodservice operations and activities.

• 3-5 years of experience in catering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations and high-capacity events.
• Awareness of current food and catering trends.
• Financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
• ServSafe Certification and a valid Driver's License are mandatory.
• Availability to work weekends as per event requirements.
