Work closely with our talented team to design creative menus, guide staff, and manage event logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all catering functions in the designated area.
  • Coordinate event logistics, enhance quality, and ensure sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and General Manager to develop innovative menus.
  • Train catering staff in service excellence and customer engagement.
  • Monitor labor and food expenditures for each event.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Support overall foodservice operations and activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in catering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and high-capacity events.
  • Awareness of current food and catering trends.
  • Financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
  • ServSafe Certification and a valid Driver's License are mandatory.
  • Availability to work weekends as per event requirements.
