Position Overview: This is a full-time role during the evening shift (4pm-12:30am) with a starting pay of $14.50 per hour. Weekly access to earned wages is available for this position.

Objective: The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of designated facilities, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of guests and staff while minimizing disruptions. You will report directly to the Facilities and Maintenance Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom sanitation, waste disposal, metal polishing, and office upkeep.
  • Adhere to approved cleaning protocols using appropriate chemicals in accordance with Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies upon delivery and maintain organized storage areas.
  • Operate and care for cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Engage in prolonged walking, lifting, or moving of items as necessary.
  • Handle and dispose of biohazard materials following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
  • Respond to and direct inquiries from customers or the public to the relevant department.
  • Promptly address and rectify any cleanliness issues and report emergencies or maintenance requirements to a supervisor.
  • May be required to operate a Tribal vehicle to travel between facilities for job-related duties.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals, particularly in relation to Safety Data Sheets.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret Safety Data Sheets and chemical labels.
  • Understanding of public health and safety regulations.
  • Previous experience in Environmental Services or Housekeeping is preferred.
