  • Managing dosing for medications such as Vancomycin, aminoglycosides, warfarin, and heparin
  • Verifying medication orders and IV products

Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

  • AHA BLS certification
  • A valid Texas Pharmacist License
  • An IV Certification
