Join Our Team as a Crane/Heavy Equipment Technician

Position: Crane/Heavy Equipment Technician (Field or Shop)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: $25-$38 per hour

Work Schedule: 7am-6pm M-F, with potential for overtime and weekend hours

We are looking for experienced technicians to enhance our workforce in Minneapolis, MN. As a Crane/Heavy Equipment Technician, your primary duties will involve the assessment, troubleshooting, and upkeep of various crane machinery, including mobile cranes and boom trucks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and lattice cranes
  • Work autonomously and efficiently
  • Perform comprehensive annual inspections
  • Accurately complete work reports and documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanic/Technician
  • Expertise in handling different brands of mobile crane equipment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (for field role)
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
