Job Summary

This is a hands-on position that requires performing light repair and maintenance work. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting services activities in the building, including installing, repairing, and removing equipment and utilities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform light repair and maintenance work, including installing, repairing, and removing equipment and utilities within the facilities.
  • Building Operations: Keep management informed of the physical, mechanical, and operating conditions of the building and related facilities.
  • Support Services: Assist in coordinating set-up requirements for users of Forum facilities.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.
Performance Measures
  • Effective Working Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with support personnel, contractors, vendors, and other persons and entities that provide repair and maintenance services to the facility.
  • Building Operations: Keep management informed of the operating status of the building.
  • Minimal Downtime: Achieve minimal downtime for mechanical equipment supporting building operations.
  • Effective Working Relationships: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with facility users and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Maintenance Ability: Possess the ability to perform light repairs.
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills.
