About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiographic Inspector to join our team at Selmet, a leading manufacturer of titanium castings for the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct non-destructive testing using radiographic images to assess casting quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Evaluate images for accuracy and quality, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with engineering departments to resolve imperfections.
  • Develop and implement shooting techniques, calibrate equipment, and provide training to X-Ray Shooters.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Shooter or equivalent experience in non-destructive testing.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to understand documentation and part routing procedures, demonstrate high quality standards while maintaining production efficiency, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
