About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tillamook County Creamery Association. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dairy processing plant equipment, packaging equipment, and supporting utility systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments as needed
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and the general public
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience
  • Associate degree or trade school certification preferred
  • LME preferred
  • Five years of demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair packaging equipment and general manufacturing plant equipment is preferred
