Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imaging Operations Manager to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a key member of our diagnostic radiology department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, personnel, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate recorded images for technical quality and introduce new techniques, equipment, and research findings to staff.
  • Recommend staffing levels, select and assign staff, evaluate performance, and provide orientation, training, and continuing education.
  • Coordinate and integrate services within the department, with other departments, and with the System's primary functions.
  • Assist in developing budgets and maintain departmental reports and records.
  • Responsible for the care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 years Relevant experience
  • Registered Technologist-Bone Densitometry - ARRT Upon Hire Required or other relevant certifications
