About the Position

This full-time position involves drafting, reviewing, and editing estate planning documents, conducting thorough legal research, and meeting with clients to assess their estate planning needs. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, admission to the state bar, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning law.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of estate planning.
  • Draft, review, and edit a wide range of estate planning documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
  • Meet with clients to assess their estate planning needs and develop tailored solutions.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
