Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various batches according to daily production schedules.
• Consistently produce high-quality baked items.
• Accurately measure ingredients for recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of frozen products.
• Wash and sanitize baking equipment and utensils during shifts.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and baking timelines.

General and Physical Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate baking machinery.
• Exhibit initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks during the baking process.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, lifting heavy containers, and repetitive motions.
• Stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
