As a key member of our team, you will work under the Director of Strategic Sourcing, aligning with our company objectives and strategies. Your role will involve driving expenditures towards our Tier 1 supplier network and conducting thorough analyses to ensure we achieve best-in-class results. You will play a vital role in managing all aspects of our Supply Chain Services sourcing initiatives, ensuring they are executed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct precise data analysis on initial datasets prior to project implementations.
  • Analyze spending categories to accurately assess Tier 1 expenditures.
  • Communicate any potential shortfalls to the Director and Manager of Strategic Sourcing.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and promptness in all sourcing requests.
  • Collaborate on Market Baskets and RFQs as directed by Business Development.
  • Provide performance feedback and suggest new suppliers for specialty products as necessary.
  • Recommend substitutions during implementations to help achieve cost-saving goals.
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the relevant product category.
  • Proficient computer skills, including intermediate Microsoft Excel and basic PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively.

Working Conditions: Office environment with a standard work schedule.

Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
