The Role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who shares our passion for customer experience and can demonstrate a deep understanding of our products. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for creating a unique experience for our customers, identifying their needs, and providing outstanding service. You'll also be expected to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product line, stay up-to-date on current promotional offerings, and ensure inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide exceptional customer service
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues
  • Ensure store standards are maintained
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
