Job Overview:
KCTCS is in search of a dedicated Mathematics Instructor who is passionate about teaching developmental mathematics, applied/technical mathematics, college algebra, and calculus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to education and engage effectively with a diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for instructing the equivalent of 15 credit hours each semester. Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and advising to students
- Participating in internal and institutional service
- Engaging in community service and professional development
- Exhibiting educational leadership
Assignments may involve evening, weekend, and/or off-campus courses as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Mathematics or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Mathematics is required.
