Responsibilities of the Culinary Operations Team Member:

  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, swiftly, and efficiently, adhering to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Understand the responsibilities for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food preparation
  • Restock kitchen inventory as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly kitchen at all times
  • Stay informed about new products introduced by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to leadership
  • Enhance personal knowledge through in-house training and stay updated on any changes
  • Complete all assigned opening or closing tasks
  • Follow Chick-fil-A's rules and dress code consistently
  • Serve guests efficiently and accurately
