Job Summary:
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our Mandan location. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Provide care to residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to residents and their families.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Provide support and assistance to delegates to ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in nursing.
