Salary
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission on claims and paid continuing education time.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled mental health clinician to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a therapist and wellness coach, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy services. You will also collaborate with our dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in your designated field. You should also have required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, as well as working with children, adolescents, and teens. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to demonstrate stable boundaries, and proficiency in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems are also essential.
