TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our guests at our quick service restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, accurate, and efficient service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience and are returned to the road better than they came.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
• Serve food and beverages in a clean and safe environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale system
• Prioritize tasks to meet the needs of the kitchen and dining area
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders to ensure seamless service

• Basic computer and POS knowledge preferred
• Previous food service experience a plus
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
