Position Overview: We seek a committed Electrical Estimator/Project Manager with substantial experience in commercial and industrial electrical projects. The successful candidate will possess expertise in voltage systems, estimating tools, and project oversight. This role offers a balanced work environment, comprising 80% office duties and 20% fieldwork, allowing for a healthy work-life balance without extensive travel commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate precise estimates and oversee electrical projects from initial bidding through to project completion.
- Conduct site assessments to perform take-offs and evaluate project specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely project execution.
- Supervise the electrical aspects of projects to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Utilize ACUBID software for estimating purposes (preferred).
- Engage with a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce; proficiency in Spanish is a notable advantage.
- Maintain robust client relationships and prioritize the delivery of quality results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial and industrial electrical sectors.
- 1-2 years of estimating experience with a comprehensive understanding of the electrical field.
- Proficient in voltage systems and electrical estimating software.
- Spanish language skills are a significant asset due to the team composition.
- A sincere, dedicated, and composed approach to managing projects.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
