About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Center for Endoscopy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our ambulatory surgical center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the medical plan of care and organizational policies.
  • Ensure safe and effective care for all patient populations, while supporting the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have at least 1-3 years' previous experience in PreOP/PACU.
  • Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
  • Must have current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed.
  • Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients, and physicians.
