Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to clients on HR-related issues, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex problems.
  • Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional environment, including human resources.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HR administration and management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, and evaluate options for action.
  • Ability to create a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership teams.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking skills.

Work Model
