Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Coordinator/Scheduler to join our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy team in Novi, MI. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare scheduling experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling activities and ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with prescribers to facilitate payor denial appeals
  • Act as a single point of contact for all referral activity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve requests in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
  • Prior healthcare scheduling experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
