Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive hospital care to patients, working independently at the top of your scope.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new practice ideas and initiatives to improve care for patients across the country.
- Unrestricted WA Nurse Practitioner License or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Current association certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 1 year NP experience OR completion of a Hospitalist Residency Program.
