Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in the evenings. As a CNA, you will assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents, provide direct patient care, and maintain accurate documentation of resident care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Provide direct patient care as assigned by the Charge Nurse
  • Promptly communicate with the Charge Nurse and leadership team regarding changes in resident condition
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health or equivalent
  • Name placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health
