Job Title: Resident Care Assistant

At Integritus Healthcare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities that promote their well-being and happiness.
  • Assist with mealtime, including serving, feeding, and cleaning up after meals.
  • Help residents with mobility and transfer, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition, ensuring timely interventions and support.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
