Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work in a fast-paced acute care environment, providing care to a variety of patients, including those with cardiovascular, neurological, and telemetry conditions. Our Virtual RNs will provide support and assistance, enabling you to focus on direct patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
  • At least one year of experience in acute care nursing, or completion of the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program
  • BSN in Nursing preferred, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development
  • Specialty certification preferred, with a focus on cardiovascular, neurological, or telemetry care
