About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Rocky Mountain Yeti Afton. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in building long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Discovery: Develop a deep understanding of customers' adventures and preferences by asking meaningful questions and actively listening to their feedback.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our products, and be able to effectively communicate this information to customers.
• Vehicle Matching: Use your knowledge and expertise to match customers with the perfect vehicle for their adventure.
• Training and Development: Participate in paid training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bilingualism: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
