Commercial Banker

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Banker to join our team at GPAC. As a Commercial Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing financial solutions to meet their needs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and provide financial solutions.
• Conduct credit analysis and make recommendations to senior management on loan approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
• Monitor and manage loan portfolios to ensure high-quality assets and minimize risk.
• Collect and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

• 5-10 years of combined credit underwriting, lending, business development, and sales experience.
• A college degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of the first level of Advanced Commercial Lending School or Graduate Banking School, or Certified Community Lender Certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales skills and abilities for developing new business customer relationships.
