Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-volume store location and driving sales growth through effective merchandising, operations, customer service, and human resources management.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase store sales and optimize business performance
• Manage store expense control and payroll to ensure maximum efficiency
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to ensure their ability to be promoted to Store Manager positions

• Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team
• Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting pay range of $84,000 to $116,000 annually.
