About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team at Massage Envy Stillwater. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their total body care goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Skin Care Services: Perform high-quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needs, within the scope of practice and licensing guidelines.
  • Customize Treatments: Customize facial and body treatments within Massage Envy's policies and protocols to craft truly personalized sessions and recommend a home-care regimen to achieve desired results.
  • Safeguard the Client Experience: Maintain client confidentiality and uphold our commitment to safety.
  • Embody Our Core Values: Embody the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
  • Protect Our Workplace Culture: Recognize and support team goals and build positive relationships with team members.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work, as well as esthetics licensing requirements in our state.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication skills to effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
  • Teamwork: Great teamwork skills to show up on time ready to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
