Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced estimating specialist to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and hard-bid estimating, quantity take-offs, material, and subcontractor pricing for industrial, warehouse, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
* Developing detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
* Managing quantity take-offs, material, and subcontractor pricing
* Collaborating with clients and architects to ensure successful project outcomes
* Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you must have at least three years of experience working with a General Contractor. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is necessary. Familiarity with estimating software, particularly MCiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit/BlueBeam, is highly desirable. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
