This position provides an opportunity to gain significant experience in all facets of real estate taxation, working alongside a team of tax professionals. Responsibilities:
  • Assist with intricate tax compliance projects, including research and analysis to devise solutions for tax-related challenges.
  • Support tax preparation processes and evaluate the tax implications of complex business decisions to enhance tax efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting team to identify and implement actionable tax strategies.
  • Engage in tax due diligence processes for real estate transactions.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant tax codes and regulations, preparing clear and concise internal memos summarizing your findings.
