About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Snowmobile Guide to join our team at Aramark. As a Snowmobile Guide, you will be responsible for leading guests on organized and educational excursions through the wilderness, providing support and interpretation of cultural, historical, and natural resources.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead guests on snowmobile excursions and provide educational content about the local ecology, geology, history, and culture.
  
• Greet guests and provide an orientation of all safety and necessary equipment concerns, basic etiquette, area regulations, safety procedures, and resource protection.
  
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests.
  
• Ensure guide compliance with operations Manual and Contracts.
  
• Be aware of MSDS sheets and be able to use this information when necessary.
  
• Test the communications equipment prior to operation.
  
• Provide interpretation in a variety of settings and choreograph tours to educate and engage visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
  
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
  
• Ensure the security of company assets and a safe work environment through daily maintenance and housekeeping.
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Must have some experience guiding in the same or related environment.
  
• Multi-lingual skills a plus.
  
• Training in First Aid protocols such as Wilderness First Responder, Wilderness Advanced First Aid, Wilderness EMT, or EMT/Paramedic preferred.
  
• Sit, stand, and walk for varied amounts of time.
  
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  
• Be available to work flexible hours.
  

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
