Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dough Mixer to join our team at Panera Bread's Fresh Dough Facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for mixing and preparing our fresh dough for our signature products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and prepare raw materials for our fresh dough
  • Ensure consistent quality and flavor of our products
  • Operate and maintain mixing equipment to standards
  • Record ingredient lot numbers and temperatures
  • Report equipment issues to supervisors and maintenance personnel

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Food manufacturing experience
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to meet physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting
