Extraction Technician - Indianapolis
Overview of Responsibilities:
As an Extraction Technician - Indianapolis, you will be responsible for extracting coffee for food service orders and ingredient orders, ensuring high-quality results. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Extract coffee using extraction vessels and equipment
* Monitor and maintain the DI Water System
* Check brix levels to ensure accuracy
* Transfer and filter product to holding tanks, portable tanks, and mix tanks
* Process all paperwork (extraction logs) accurately and efficiently

Requirements for Success:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a related field
* Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Familiarity with Food Safety guidelines and GMPs
