Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Dunkin', where you will have the opportunity to develop and utilize your baking skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and providing excellent customer service.

• Quality Product and Customer Experience: You will be trained to follow a daily production schedule, produce a wide range of baked goods, and ensure that all products meet Dunkin's quality standards.
• Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work at a fast pace for extended periods.
• Training and Development: You will receive training on a wide array of baking and kitchen equipment and tools, and will be expected to take direction and adjust to changing production levels.
• Customer Service: You will interact with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience.

• Self-Motivation and Management: You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Basic Reading and Math Skills: You will need to be able to read and follow recipes, and perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate production.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: You will be required to work in other positions within the operation as needed, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
