Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time contract basis. As a BCBA, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide coaching and training to support staff, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each student
• Provide coaching and training to support staff on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
• Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, therapists, and administrators, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within the last 3 years
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
