Key Responsibilities- Assemble and transmit tax returns to clients and government entities
- Assist the tax department with scanning, filing, and workflow management
- E-file tax returns and extensions, and monitor tax acceptances
- Provide administrative support to partners and practice management teams
- Compose and edit letters, memos, meeting minutes, and other firm correspondence
- Manage tax due dates and delivery of tax deliverables
- Assist with other administrative functions, such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional services environment; or completed coursework from an accredited college/university or an associate degree
