**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at the VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnostic work-up, and clinic intervention for patients in the Primary Care team setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to accomplish patient, service, and medical center goals, promoting the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model of care.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
- Residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
