As the Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring trends, consolidating data, and providing updates to senior management regarding suggested enhancements. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping a successful future for GXO Logistics, our workforce, and yourself.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual salary range for this position is $65,459 - $81,821. GXO, in good faith, believes this range reflects the potential compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary and is subject to change. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and additional benefits for eligible employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate, monitor, analyze, and report on operational data sourced from various data points.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Equip operations management and process managers with tools to identify issues in real-time and respond promptly.
  • Develop tools, reports, and techniques, and assist in implementing reporting systems for operational support, ensuring consistency and standardized formatting, creating professional presentations, and documenting processes and challenges.
  • Review and enhance reporting and processes as necessary.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

At a minimum, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management and distribution systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, and Project.

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and control abilities, driven by a commitment to continuous process improvement and successful project completion.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a desire to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Robust organizational and analytical skills.
