Senior Care Assistant

At Sanctuary Grande, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Resident Care Companion or STNA, you'll play a vital role in ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
We're seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team in providing daily personal care routines, escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments, and engaging in daily living activities. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily personal care routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Escort residents to meals, activities, and appointments, promoting social interaction and community engagement
- Engage in daily living activities, such as reading, playing games, or watching movies, to stimulate mental and emotional well-being
- Provide support for other daily needs, including medication reminders and assistance with mobility
Requirements:
- STNA certification required for STNA positions
- No certification required for Resident Care Companion positions
- Experience in senior living is helpful, but not required
- Positive outlook and love for seniors
