Main Event Chesterfield is seeking a skilled Food Expeditor to assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations and ingredients to ensure efficient food preparation and plating according to recipes.
- Follow plating specifications created by the chefs to maintain presentation standards.
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the POS to the Cook, prioritizing accuracy and speed.
- Assist in the final preparation of dishes, checking for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
- Deliver orders promptly to maintain fast service and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dishwashing to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
- Inspect the premises to ensure quality and sanitation standards are met, assisting in cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues promptly.
